COVID-19 Safety Update
The health and safety of our community is our priority. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, ZipCare has taken precautions according to CDC and health official guidelines including the following:
Drivers' temperature and health checked daily
Drivers wear masks, goggles, and gloves
Plastic barriers are installed in vans between drivers and passengers
Vans are thoroughly disinfected between trips
Drivers take passenger temperature via Infrared No-Touch Thermometers
Passengers are required to wear masks during trips (extra masks available)
Drivers open and close doors so passengers do not touch the doors
Hand sanitizer provided
